Insight-oriented, relational therapy in Philadelphia

I offer in person therapy in Center City, Philadelphia, and I offer sessions through tele-health throughout Pennsylvania.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Philadelphia. I specialize in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, drawing on curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the complexity of people’s inner lives. I have a background in medical social work and years of experience supporting adolescents, families, and adults through times of crisis and transition.

Therapy is one avenue to building a life that is more authentic, connected, and filled with meaning. My goal as a therapist is to co-create a space that is warm and safe where you can approach issues from a strengths-based lens, and where curiosity and creativity can flourish. As a therapist, I value my unique relationship with each client, and I am deeply grateful to be able to witness growth, meaning-making, and changes in a client’s life. Therapy is a unique, personal, and specific journey, and I am humbled and eager to be on that journey with each individual client.

I have experience working with adults on a myriad of issues, including stress and burnout, relationship concerns, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I have experience working with those coming into new identities and understandings of themselves, including LGBTQIA+ or exploring new relationship structures.

While I work with people from all backgrounds, I also have niches concerning specific groups including healthcare workers, and others in the caring profession. I also have experience working with people with chronic illness or new medical diagnoses.
